Pure Rentals monitor rental arrears on a daily basis – at 3 days we start texting tenants to advise they are in arrears, they get a phone call from the property manager to see if there is an issue, but if they fall a clear 7 days behind in rent, we follow the legislation and issue a Notice to Remedy Breach, if this is not remedied we seek instructions from the Owner as to whether or not they want to issue a Notice to Leave.
